What format do you want my logo in?

We prefer vector based images as opposed to raster based (BMP/JPEG) images.

When I submit an email order what must be included?

• Contact Info - including company name
• Quantity
• Size
• The name(s) of the file(s) provided
• Your requested deadline and if you require proofing

Is there a Setup Charge?

Unfortunately, yes. We recommend that you contact us for a cost estimate.

How long will my order take?

When you place your order we will provide an indication of when we hope to have it to you by. However we ask you bear in mind that events occur that are not in our control and this sometimes means a delay in getting it to you.

Do I have to have a logo on the item?

No, we are happy to provide you with the products as is, if that is what you want.

If I don't see a product through your web site, will you find it for me?

Yes, we are good at finding the 'hard to find' and will make every effort to locate it for you from one of our many suppliers.

What extra costs can I expect on my order?

Our prices do not include sales taxes or the shipping and handling charges. These charges will be detailed on your invoice. If requested we will provide an estimate of these charges prior to the order being placed. Note: S&H is based on cost recovery.
